But his role goes well beyond the helpdesk — Harry also leads our compliance initiatives, bringing a real eye for detail to procedures and documentation that keep our clients secure and audit-ready.
With strong technical capabilities paired with a methodical, thorough approach, Harry makes sure the important things don’t get missed — whether that’s solving a tricky IT issue or tightening up a compliance process. It’s this combination of hands-on support and behind-the-scenes rigour that makes him such a valued part of the team.
