Mark is one the most experienced IT engineer in our team. His IT and cyber security knowledge is vast and it keeps getting better each week. He has a track record of identifying and remediating our customers' cyber security incidents withing minutes, ensuring that threats are contained.
You will find him on our customer sites solving issues, doing maintenance or implementing complex networking solutions or servers. He is always available to our helpdesk team to help to solve any more complex issues fast.
